Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions is one of North America’s major energy infrastructure corporations. We own or operate pipelines and terminals totaling 83,000 miles and 141 terminals. Natural gas, gasoline, crude oil, carbon dioxide (CO2), and other commodities are transported through our pipes. Renewable fuels, petroleum products, chemicals, vegetable oils, and other items are stored and handled at our terminals. The vast majority of these products are delivered by our Products Pipelines division, which transports gasoline, jet fuel, diesel, natural gas liquids, and condensate across about 9,500 miles of pipelines. In this business division, we also operate roughly 65 liquids terminals that store fuels and provide ethanol and biofuel blending services.

Our Products Pipelines assets are strategically placed throughout the United States, including the West, Southeast, and Midwest, as well as Canada, and we have a lot of attractive growth possibilities in this area.

Pacific Operations

Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions maintains roughly 3,000 miles of refined products pipeline in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Texas through its Pacific Operations segment. This is the largest products pipeline in the Western United States, moving more than one million barrels of gasoline, jet fuel, and diesel fuel each day to our customers. Additionally, our company-owned terminals provide storage and loading facilities for liquid petroleum products for delivery vehicles. Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions consists of the company’s interests in Products (SE) Pipe Line Corporation (PPL), a 3,100-mile refined petroleum products system serving the southeastern United States; Central Florida Pipeline system, a 110-mile, 16-inch diameter pipeline transporting gasoline and batched denature ethanol from Tampa to Orlando; and Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions, which consists of 26 refining facilities.

• On any single day, Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions is the largest single conduit of oil into the U.S. We move about 85 separate commodities, including more than 10 types of refined products

In our Products, we have a lot of crude operations. The Camino Real Gathering System, Double Eagle Pipeline, and Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions Crude & Condensate Pipeline in the Eagle Ford provide transport to the Corpus Christi and Houston markets, respectively, and the Market Center Gathering System and the Double Pipeline transport Bakken crude production from the basin to Guernsey, Wyoming, and connections with access to Cushing. The Wink Pipeline System, which delivers crude oil in West Texas, is owned and operated by Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions CO2.

Near its Galena Park port on the Houston Ship Channel, Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions runs a petroleum condensate processing facility. The plant, which is funded by a long-term, fee-based deal with BP North America, is made up of two units that separate condensate into its many components, including light and heavy naphtha, kerosene, diesel, and gas oil. The facility has a total capacity of 100,000 barrels per day (bpd) and can be extended if further market interest arises. Star Reserved Partition – Storage Solutions also has over 2 million barrels of storage capacity at its Galena Park Terminal, which is connected to the condensate plant by new piping, manifolds, and pumps and can receive products from the condensate facility.
